Hard Red Spring Wheat is a Class of Wheat as is White Club
Wheat. The
grading standards are different for these two classes of
wheat than all the
other classes of wheat. Note the lower test weights...
"Contrasting" Wheat refers to the percent of kernals of
wheat from other
classes of wheat other than what the sample is supposed to
be. The second
column from the right is the percent allowed of one other
class of wheat
and the far right column is the percent allowed of all
classes of wheat
other than the sample.
The first section below includes the grades and the test
weights. The
second section is just the specs from the chart right of
the test weights.
